Garden

Our cottage garden includes an array of trees, shrubs, flowers as well as a potager (a kitchen garden where herbs, vegetables and flowers are all grown together). The garden style dates back to medieval monasteries, where the need to be self-sufficient demands a steady supply of soup vegetables as well as herbs and flowers for flavouring, medicinal purposes and dyes.

Guests are welcome to pick a salad for themselves.
